Zach’s passion for home watch began during his college years when he looked after his grandparents' home while they wintered in the Florida Keys. He experienced firsthand how vital it is for homeowners to have someone trustworthy on the ground protecting their investment.
Today, Delaware’s coastal lifestyle is where Zach and his family call home. Cape & Coast was founded to serve our local community and build a lasting legacy for his family. Zach is married to Brianna, a commercial banking underwriter, and together they are raising their daughter, with a second child on the way.

Before founding Cape & Coast Property Assurance, Zach spent over seven years as a Territory Sales Manager, managing complex, high-value B2B, B2C, and government accounts for top industrial equipment brands like Bobcat and John Deere. As a 2022 Bobcat Performance Council Winner and a business graduate of Stockton University, he built his corporate career on three unwavering principles: absolute discretion, transparent communication, and client trust.
Zach brings that same high-stakes standard to home watch. Cape & Coast doesn't perform casual "drive-bys" or quick favors—it delivers a structured, systematic approach to property risk mitigation.
Zach's eye for property maintenance was honed long before his corporate career. Having spent his high school and college years working hands-on in landscaping, he developed a trained field perspective. This allows him to spot subtle changes in interior and exterior conditions, drainage concerns, and landscape health before minor issues turn into costly repairs.
